I’m Anne Lewis, Ph.D., an educator, researcher, and consultant passionate about helping faculty and institutions improve teaching, learning, and assessment.For over a decade, I’ve worked with universities to design evidence-based faculty development programs, evaluate student learning outcomes, and apply learning analytics to inform decision-making.My goal is to bridge the gap between research and practice—helping institutions create environments where both faculty and students can thrive.

About Me
I’m Anne Lewis, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Educational Psychology and consultant in faculty development and learning assessment. My career has focused on helping colleges and universities design meaningful learning experiences, assess outcomes effectively, and support faculty in using data to inform teaching.I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Michigan, where my research explored how student motivation impacts persistence in online learning environments. Over the past 12 years, I’ve partnered with universities across the U.S. to design workshops, evaluate programs, and provide strategic guidance on teaching and learning initiatives.At the heart of my work is a belief that higher education should empower both faculty and students to grow. Whether through consulting, teaching, or research, my mission is to bridge the gap between theory and practice to create lasting impact.
